I have looked into the non-working (29Aug2016_03_40_08ipv6-test-largeData.cap0.cap and tcpdump_10.52.37.pcap) traces, we can see that IPv6 payload is increasing and I have discussed about this with Dev team. Dev-a team has suggested to set the MSS value to 1460 from 1460 in default_Mobile_profile and update us about the result.
