"My wife's mother which is now 95 years old is seriously ill, and we are advised she needs round the clock care. As her sole carer, we are unable to leave her side until she may passes away.
We were very much looking forward to our trip, but I am sure given the circumstances you will understand why we must cancel at this time."
So that you please cancel all services for this trip and try to negotiate with all hotels, partner to waive charge if possible.
