Second stay and will not be the last. Staff is comparable to 5star hotel in terms of professionalism and quality. English is excellent, including the house keeping staff. They made a mistake checking in my room (twice) to another guest (the guy got the key and walked in whie I was in the shower). Not a big deal, they fixed it, and later apologized with flower and plate of fruits. Nice touch. Concierge is nice to call a taxi for guest. I had an emergency and had to get to BNH hospital at 3AM. They were very helpful.
