หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง

ข้อ 3. ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการยื่นคำร้องต่อศาล ทนายความจะเป็นชำระเองทั้งหมด

สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันทุกประการ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญาโดยตลอดแล้ว เห็นว่าถูกต้องตรงกับเจตนาของตน จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญ
