วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงานคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจฉบับนี้ เพื่อเป็นการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ ระบบบริหารจัดการห้องสมุด โรงเรียนร่มธรรมานุสรณ์ ตำบลเหล่าต่างคำ อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย ซึ่ง เป็นระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการ ยืม – คืนหนังสือ การจัดซื้อหนังสือ การส่งซ่อมหนังสือ การเบิกวัสดุ การจัดซื้อวัสดุ ภายในโรงเรียนร่มธรรมานุสรณ์ ตำบลเหล่าต่างคำ อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย โดยระบบบริหารจัดการห้องสมุด โรงเรียนร่มธรรมานุสรณ์ ตำบลเหล่าต่างคำ อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระบบหลัก คือ ระบบที่ 1 ระบบบริหารจัดการห้องสมุด สามารถให้บริการ การยืม – คืน หนังสือโดยใช้ระบบ barcode การเสนอซื้อหนังสือ การอนุมัติการเสนอซื้อหนังสือ การจัดซื้อหนังสือ การรับหนังสือที่สั่งซื้อ และการจัดการข้อมูลหนังสือ ระบบที่ 2 ระบบจัดการวัสดุ สามารถให้บริการ การเบิกวัสดุ การเสนอซื้อวัสดุ การอนุมัติการเสนอซื้อวัสดุ การจัดซื้อวัสดุ การรับวัสดุที่สั่งซื้อ และการจัดการข้อมูลวัสดุ ในการจัดการระบบนั้นได้พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรม NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 สำหรับการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา Java โปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop CS6 ใช้ตกแต่งรูปภาพ โปรแกรม XAMPP ใช้สำหรับการจัดการฐานข้อมูล
