1/3 tsp Baking ammonia (Ammonium Bicarbonate)
1/4 tsp Potassium carbonate (Potash)
2/3 tsp Baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
1 tsp Baking powder (a mixture of Tartaric Aid and Sodium Bicarbonate)
