Greetings. We tried reaching you on the following no. 66 (8) 58907501; 66 (9) 18196049 to discuss on the current status, but couldn’t reach you. We had the discussion with our engineering team again today. They are still looking into logs and also tried reproducing the issue in-house, but unfortunately we have not hit this issue so far. Due to the complexity of this issue, it’s taking some time to fix this. This case already has visibility within Citrix and we are on top of this case to provide a solution/workaround at the earliest possible.
