Depends on the role and what you expect from the company.
Below are my opinion:
Pros:
- Warm environment/ the high turnover may actually benefit this point since there are many newcomer in the company, and many of them are around your age
- Starting salary is higher than the industry average. - You can use this as a base when you move your job in the future.
- Close to senior - can learn many things from working with/ close to many senior people
- The somewhat unorganised system inside this company means that young people could be given opportunities to handle large and/or challenging projects; this is a big plus for your portfolio
- Other company view people who used to work for this company as hard working
Cons:
- Salary adjustment is complicated and quite slow
- The management system is a mix between family business and international business; sometimes, this can cause complications
- Long working hour. Especially roles that need to be in contact with foreign countries.
- Promotion takes times ( you need to maintain good performance in many aspects and be able to present your own performance)
- No yearly bonus and minimal other benefits/welfares.
To sum up, it depends.
If you expect to work for the company that you can definitely grow and get lots of benefits and work 9am-5pm, then this place is not for you.
If you want to learn lots of things and think work hour or promotion is not that important, then this place might be good for you.
As for me, I do not regret having worked in this company.
Ps. My laptop is broken, so it's quite hard for me to type in Thai sorry kub.
