4.3 Examples of Key Findings
Some photographic examples of the key findings, collected during site investigations, are shown in Figure 4.2 to Figure 4.21. The selected images have been compiled into five main categories and highlight specific features that typically reoccurred at multiple sites.

Figure 4.3 shows an image of a long downhill gradient on the approach to a curve at an ROR crash cluster site. The crash risk could be exacerbated by any pooling of surface water at the location of the combined dip/curve.
