CBT we were already indicating that the Community Corner cannot be seen by visitors. To read e.g. the guild forum you need to login.
The fact that most of the players do not create a seperate forum account just to read remains the same!

Please open at least the guild and the guide section to be visible for visitors - this will help the guilds and it will give information to players actually seeking for them!
