I liked this hotel, the location wa

I liked this hotel, the location was good and it was very good value for money. Staff service was very poor with reception sending me to the concierge for a missing parcel and the concierge sending me to reception. You can do without this trouble when checking out and catching a plane. The only way that I could get the (quite rude) duty manager to resolve the problem was to sit in a chair and refuse to pay my bill for meals etc - that finally got her moving.
